NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Town of Lima Planning Commission will meet on Monday, August 26, 2019, at 7:30 P.M. at Lima Town Hall located at N3689 CTH I to hold this public hearing:

On request of Roger, Jeremie & Brenda Jensema, owners of Parcel #59008095520 located at W2688 County Road V, to split off and rezone residence & outbuildings with 1.72 acres from A-1 to A-5. The remnant of this parcel of 37.06 acres of farmland to be zoned from A-1 to A-PR.

On request of Roger & Jeremie Jensema, owners of Parcel #59008095350 located at W2770 Miley Road, to split off and rezone residence & outbuildings with 3.58 acres from A-1 to A-2. The remnant of this parcel of 26.42 acres of farmland to be zoned from A-1 to A-PR.

The Planning Commission will submit recommendations to the Town Board for final action at its September 9, 2019 meeting at 7:30 P.M. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to state their opinions on this matter at the hearing.

DRIVEWAY POLICY 9.10-18

POLICY ON ASPHALT MATERIAL USED IN TOWN ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAYS

In the event of any major road rebuild, or road improvement and the Town of Lima has to cut out Residential culverts that are in the road right-of-way any approaches currently concrete, will be replaced by asphalt.
