NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Lima Planning Commission will meet on Monday, July 22, 2019, at 7:30 P.M. at Lima Town Hall located at N3689 CTH I to hold this public hearing:
On request of Jeremy & Jessica Hildebrand, owners of Parcel #59008103032 located at W2477 Wilson Lima Rd, to rezone recently acquired .134 acres of land merged to create a new Parcel #59008103035 from M-1 to A-5.
The Planning Commission will submit recommendations to the Town Board for final action at its August 12, 2019 meeting at 7:30 P.M. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to state their opinions on this matter at the hearing.

POLICY ON ASPHALT MATERIAL USED IN TOWN ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAYS
In the event of any major road rebuild, or road improvement and the Town of Lima has to cut out Residential culverts that are in the road right-of-way any approaches currently concrete, will be replaced by asphalt.
