NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

The Town of Lima Planning Commission will meet on Monday, October 28, 2019, at 7:30 P.M. at Lima Town Hall located at N3689 CTH I to hold these public hearings:

  1. On request of Michael Hoffman, owner of Parcel #59008097310 located at N3562 Whitetail Road, to split off and rezone residence & outbuildings with 4.00 acres from A-1 to A-2.  The parcel remnant of 36.00 acres to be zoned from A-1 to A-PR.
  2. On request of Dustin & Jenny Veldkamp, owners of Parcel #59008100693 located on County Road W, to split off and rezone 2.00 acres from M-1 to A-5.  The parcel remnant of 1.64 acres to remain M-1.
  3. Proposed amendment to Chapter 7 of the Zoning Ordinance for the Town of Lima, relating to the Rear and Side Yard Setbacks in the A-2 and A-5 Districts for Structures housing more than one animal unit.

The Planning Commission will submit recommendations to the Town Board for final action at its November 11, 2019 meeting at 7:30 P.M.  All interested persons will be given an opportunity to state their opinions on this matter at the hearing.

DRIVEWAY POLICY 9.10-18

POLICY ON ASPHALT MATERIAL USED IN TOWN ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAYS

In the event of any major road rebuild, or road improvement and the Town of Lima has to cut out Residential culverts that are in the road right-of-way any approaches currently concrete, will be replaced by asphalt.
